Graduate schemes&²Ô²ú²õ±è;–&²Ô²ú²õ±è;These can be defined as work-based development and training programmes specifically for graduates. Larger organisations are more likely to run graduate schemes as they have the resources to provide these longer-term programmes, which often last 2-3 years. Online job boards are platforms used by most employers to advertise their vacancies, to the widest audience available. Jobs boards provide employers with the opportunity to access millions of potential candidates for any position.

You will find that some job boards are focused on specific sectors or regions, while others are much broader in scope. Here are some tips for getting the most out of job boards:

  • Apply several filters to your search, such as location, contract type, employment level and salary. The more you narrow down your search, the more likely you are to find a suitable role.
